1. What if I forget my password?

On the “My Account” login page, click “Forgot your Password?”, enter your registered email, and submit. You’ll receive an email with a reset link—just follow the instructions to set a new password.


2. Can I come back to my order later?

Yes! As long as you are logged in before adding items to your bag, your items will stay there.
⚠️ Please note: adding to your bag does not reserve stock. If a product sells out, we will notify you.


3. How do I log out?

Click the “Account” icon at the top right of the page and select “Log out.”


4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders are usually processed quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed (especially during busy periods).
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.


5. Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If it has already been shipped, you can return the item after receiving it (see our Returns Policy).


6. Are my personal details secure?

Yes. We use secure server technology to protect your personal and payment information at all times.


7. How do I manage the emails I receive?

  • We send essential emails such as order confirmations, dispatch notices, and account updates.

  • To receive updates on new arrivals and special offers, subscribe at the bottom of our site.

  • To unsubscribe, simply click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email.


8. How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order value. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.


9. How do I use a promotion code?

At checkout, enter your code in the “Promotion Code” box and click “Apply.” Your discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid.


10. Can I send an order to more than one address?

Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you’d like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.


11. What happens if I’m out when delivery is attempted?

Depending on the courier, your parcel may be:

  • Left with a neighbor

  • Left in a safe place

  • Taken to a local depot or post office with a card left for you


12. Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your account and view the latest status under “Orders.”


13. Where does my payment go?

All revenue supports GIFTEEO’s design, sourcing, and operations, helping us continue to bring you fun, thoughtful, and unique gifts.


14. What is your returns and refunds policy?

If you’re not satisfied, you may return items in new, unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
⚠️ Some items (such as personalized products or hygiene-sensitive items) are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.


15. Where are your products made?

Our products are sourced from selected manufacturers and design teams worldwide, following the principle of “quality goods at fair prices.”


16. When will I receive my order?

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary by region.


17. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We provide free gift wrapping to make your presents extra special.


18. Do you have subscriptions or memberships?

You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the site to receive updates on new products and promotions.
